What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for the post of District Judges in J&K's High Court must meet the below mentioned eligibility conditions.
1) Age Limit: Applicant must have attained the age of 35 years and should be below 45 years.
2) Educational Qualifications: Applicant must have completed Bachelors Degree in Law ( BA LLB), from a recognized University of India and approved by bar council of India
3) Experience: Applicant must be a practicing lawyer and must have minimum 7 years of Experience, in Criminal and Civil Courts.
4) Language Proficiency: Applicant should be Urdu Knowing and must have proficiency in writing and reading the language.
Selection Process: The Selection Process for the Recruitment of District Judges in J&K's High Court comprises of Written Exam and Interview.
How to Apply ?
Application Fees: Applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs 700 in the form of Bank Draft from J&K Bank favoring "Registrar General, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir",
Application: Advocates willing to apply for the post of District Judges in J&K High Court, must submit hand written applications before the Last Date ie. 11th August, 2015
Receipt of Application: The applications must be submitted personally by hand in the Office of Registrar (Judicial), High Court at Jammu and Srinagar before 11th August, 2015.
