It is after a very long time, that J&K High Court had announced Jobs for Graduate. So, if you are a Graduate, then this is the best chance to go and grab the Govt. Job in J&K's Highest Judicial Office.
J&K High Court Recruitment 2015 : Vacancy Details
The high Court of J&K had invited applications from the posts mentioned below
(I) Posts Under Divisional Cadre Kashmir
1) Steno-Typist: 9 Posts
2) Jr. Assistant : 28 Posts
(II) Posts Under Divisional Cadre Jammu
1) Steno-Typist:04 Posts
2) Jr. Assistant: 72 Posts
Pay-Scale: Appointee will get salary, as per the pay-Scale given below
1) For Steno-Typist Post: Rs 5200-Rs 20200 (Grade Pay: Rs 2400)
2) For Jr. Assistant Post: Rs 5200-Rs 20200 (Grade Pay: Rs 2900)
Note: It is worth mentioning here that applicants who have applied under J&K High Court Notification No.968 Dated 20-02-2014 need not apply again.
What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned posts, must meet the below mentioned conditions
1) Nativity: Applicant must be permanent resident of J&K state and must have State-Subject of J&K
2) Age-Limit (As on 01-01-2015) : Applicants age must be above 18 years and below 40 years. However, there is age relation of 3 years for (SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC) candidates and 2 years age relaxation Physically Challenged Candidates and 8 years age relaxation for Ex-Serviceman.
3) Educational Qualifications: Applicants must full fill the below mentioned educational Qualifications
1) For Steno-Typist: Degree in any Discipline from a recognized university along with Diploma in shorthand and typewriting having speed of 30 WPM in typing and 60 WPM in shorthand.
2) For Jr Assistant Post: A Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, along with this, the applicant must have working knowledge of urdu.
How to Apply ?
Applicants who meet the above mentioned eligibility conditions must submit their applications in the prescribed application form
Application fees: Applicants need to pay Rs 100 as application fees in the form of Bank Draft favouring Principal Secretary to Hon'ble Chief Justice of J&K, drawn in any J&K Branch.
Application form : Applicants can download the application form from the High Court's website or you can get the application form the local Stationary shops.
Receipt of Application form: The Duly filled in application form, along with Demand Draft required Documents/Certificates (Matric Diploma/ Character Certificate/ State Subject/ Qualification Certificate) must reach the Office of Registrar Judicial at High Court Jammu / Srinagar.
The Last Date for submitting the application form is 12th April, 2015.
