How many Government Jobs will be announced by JKSSB in 2025?
For that we have to look at the Last 5 years of Jobs Data ie Number of vacancies announced by JKSSB from 2020-24. This will give an estimate of How many vacancies we can expect from JKSSB to be released in 2025.

This Data clearly shows that there is a lot of variation in vacancies announced by JKSSB over the years. 2023 is the worst years for Job aspirants as only 329 jobs were advertised while 2020 was indeed great, as more than 15000+ posts were announced.
Now Lets talk about 2025.
The data clearly indicates that since 2022 not much vacancies have been announced by JKSSB. Even in 2024, there are only two Advertisement Notifications ie 4002 constable posts and 669 Sub-Inspector Posts for which there is a strict age criteria. This means that the majority of Job aspirants have no access to Jobs from the last 2 and a half years and it is high time the government of J&K should step in refer all the identified posts to recruitment agencies so that the recruitment process starts ending the job drought in J&K.
It is expected that not less than 15000 vacancies will be announced by JKSSB in 2025. Which Jobs will be announced by JKSSB in 2025?
As you can see from the above data, it is quite clear that JKSSB is doing a flop show from the last 2 years. A recruitment agency that is meant to create 10's of thousands of vacancies in a calendar year as advertised only 4500+ posts in last 2 years, which is not expected from an agency that advertised 18000+ posts in 2020-21. It is high time that the elected government should end this job draught and advertises all the vacant posts with coming 3 months.
And most probably the advertisement of posts would be done before 1st Janury,, 2025, because after that date many will be averaged.

When will Jobs be announced by JKSSB for 2025?
Obviously, Jobs will be announced in 2025 only
But there is a slight modification to it. Unlike previous years, where candidates have no idea about the release of Job Notifications
2025 will can something called JKSSB Job Calendar.
And for that all thanks to Chief Secretary of J&K Shri Atal Dulloo, who directed JKSSB to release the Exam Calendar, so that candidates can know which posts are coming in the year and as such they can prepare accordingly.
So be ready for the massive Job opportunity by JKSSB in 2025.
Update (As on 30th Nov, 2024)
On 30th Nov, 2024, a news item was published in Daily Excelsior Newspaper, where Lt Governor Manoj Sinha informed that 42000 Jobs have been given under his tenure, and 11000 Fresh posts have been referred to the Services Selection board for Direct Recruitment.
This clears all doubt regarding the Upcoming JKSSB Government Job Vacancy in 2025. What we have reiterated is sure to happen. And all the aspirants shall carry on with their preparation, as JKSSB will start announcing the Job Notification from January -2025 onwards.
