The Housing and Urban Development Department is the state nodal agency for implementation of "Housing for All" under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna the department is inviting the applications from the permanent residents of J&K for the below mentioned posts.
Total No. of Vacancies: 56 Posts
1) Management Information system (MIS Specialist) : 19 Posts
Salary : Rs 35000 / Per Month (Consolidated)
Age Limit: The maximum age should not exceed 40 years and minimum age should be above 18 years.
Educational Qualifications: Applicant must have completed BE/ B Tech (In computer Science Or Information Technology) with 5 years of Experience OR M Sc. ( Computer Science/Information Technology) OR MCA with 3 years of Experience.

2) Municipal / Civil Project Engineer Specialist: 25 posts
Salary : Rs 35000 Per Month
Age Limit: Applicants age should be in between 18 to 40 years
Educational Qualifications: Applicant, should have Bachelors Or Masters Degree in Civil engineering with speciality in Public Health Engineering
Experience: Applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in Procurement, design and supervision of Infrastructure projects. Preference will be given to candidates having experience as Municipal Engineer.

Educational Qualifications: Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences, with 3-5 years of experience, in assessing, monitoring and mitigating, environmental impacts of urban infrastructure projects, and experience and knowledge of environmental laws, and regulations of the state.
Selection Process: The Selection process for these posts in H&UDD comprises of Academic Merit and followed by Interview.
