As, these are Academic Arrangement posts, and as such the nature of these posts is Contractual and Not permanent. For Permanent 10+2 Lecture posts, JKPSC will soon announce the Notification. If, you are the one, who have not applied for 10+2 Lecturer posts by JKPSC announced few years back, then you should apply for these Contractual posts by Director School Education Jammu.
But these posts come with some Terms and Conditions as given below.
1) Appointees will be paid salary as monthly consolidated Honorarium, of Rs 10,500/- only for plain areas and Rs 14000/- for Hard zones per month for 2019
2) Initially, candidates will be engaged for a period of 90 days only and extension will be given depending upon the candidate's performance and behaviour. Moreover, the contract will end as soon as post is filled by PSC or by promotion
3) As, these are contractual posts, therefore, candidates, cannot claim for permanent absorption for selection of these posts

Who can apply for Lecturer Jobs ?
Applicants, willing to apply for the post of 10+2 Lecturers, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions
1) Domicile: Applicants, should be permanent residents of J&K only.
2 Age Limit : There is no age limit, as such specified in the notification
3) Qualification: Applicants, willing for apply for these posts, should have a Post-Graduation (Mater's) Degree in the concerned subject / Discipline. only.
Applicants, can apply and appear for One Subject only, even in case you have more than One PG Degree.
Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Lecturer comprises of Academic Qualification only and weight age as prescribed below
1) Post Graduation: 80 Points
2) M Phil: 05 Points
3) Ph. D: 05 Points
4) Experience: 10 Points
(Experience of Teaching in HSS, 01 Point for each Academic session , subject to maximum of Points).

Receipt of Applications: The Duly filled in application form, along with above mentioned documents, should be deposited in the Office of concerned Chief Education Officer against proper Receipt by or before 15th March, 2019
