RRB Jammu-Srinagar: 171 Posts
- Traffic Apprentice: 34 Posts
- Enquiry cum Reservation Clerk: 08 Posts
- Goods Guard: 52 Posts
- Jr. Accounts Assistant cum Typist: 08 Posts
- Sr. Clerk Cum Typist: 08 Posts
- Assistant Station Master: 61 Posts
Pay Scale: For the post of Traffic Apprentice the Pay-Scale is Rs 9300 - Rs 34800. However for all other posts the Pay-Scale is Rs 5200 - Rs 20200.
What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for any of these posts, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions
1) Age-Limit : Applicants must fall in the age of 18 years to 32 years.
2) Educational Qualification: Applicant must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized Indian University. However for the post of Sr. Clerk cum typist, applicant must be proficient in Typing also.
Selection Process: The Selection process for the various posts in Railways comprises of a Common Computer Based test and followed by Typist test OR Aptitude test, depending upon the post. Applicants to advised to read these Books for Indian Railways Exam 2016
The Computer based test will be tentatively scheduled in the month of March to May, 2016.

Application fees: Applicants need to pay only Rs 100 as application fee. The fee can be paid either through Online mode OR Offline mode through Challan form Or in the post office.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories and Female candidates are exempted from paying any application fees.
Online Application: Applications are to be submitted through online mode only by loging onto the RRB online website. Remember the last date to apply online is 26th Jan, 2016.
