Pay-scale: Appointees to the above mentioned posts, will get salary as per the below mentioned Salary scales

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?

Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned posts in Jammu University, should meet the below mentioned eligibility conditions.

1) For Assistant Registrar
  • Educational Qualifications: Applicant must be a Post-Graduate in any Discipline with minimum 55% marks
  • Applicant must have good academic record.

2) For Deputy Registrar
  • Educational Qualifications: Applicant should have completed PG in any subject with 55% marks
  • Experience: Applicant must have experience of minimum 5 years as a Lecturer in College / University OR Applicant must have 5 years of Administrative Experience as Assistant Registrar

3)For  Registrar / Controller of Examinations / Director, (CDC)
  • Educational Qualification: PG with minimum 55% marks in any subject.
  • Experience: Applicant must have 15 years of Exp as Assistant Professor in Sr-Scale OR. 8 years of Experience OR 8 years of Experience as Assistant Professor in Associate Professors grade.

  • By Cash Payment: You can obtain the application form from Forms and Stationary Section of Jammu University by making the Cash payment of Rs 1100/-
  • By Demand Draft: If you use the Downloaded application form, then you have to submit the application form, in the form of Bank Draft of Rs 1100/- favouring Registrar, University of Jammu.
Receipt of Application form: The Duly filled in application Form, along with attested copies of Documents/ Certificates, and self-addressed envelope having postal stamps worth Rs 50/- by Speed post / Registered Post OR By Hand   at the address mentioned below
