JKSPC invites applications for the below mentioned posts
1) Post: Assistant General Manager (Contracts)
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 5200)
- Qualification: Applicant must have completed LLM with specialization in Corporate / Commercial Laws.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years practice at bar.
2) Post: Assistant General Manager (Arbitration)
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 5200)
- Qualification: Applicant must have completed Full time LLM from a recognized Indian University
- Experience: Applicant must have Experience in handling Arbitration matters with Minimum 2 years practice at bar.
3) Post: Assistant General Manager (Litigation)
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 5200)
- Qualification: Applicant must have completed LLM from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year practice at bar.
4) Post: Assistant Managers (Legal)
- No. of Vacancies: 03 Posts
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 4200)
- Qualification: Applicant must have completed LLB from a recognized Uniersity.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years practice at bar.
5) Post: Chartered Accountant
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 5200)
- Qualification: Applicant must be a qualified Chartered Accountant having passed the Final Examination conducted by ICAI.
- Experience: Applicants have Experience in ERP/ Double Entry system, will be preferred.
6) Post: Post: Cost Accountant
- No. of Vacancies: 01 Post
- Pay-scale: Rs 9300 - Rs 34800 (GP: Rs 5200)
- Qualification: Applicant must be a Qualified Cost & Works Accountant.
What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned posts in JKSPDC, must full fill the Eligibility conditions as given below
1) Applicant must be a permanent resident of J&K.
2) Age Limit: Minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should not exceed 40 years.
3) Qualification : Applicants must also meet the post wise Qualifications and Experience as mentioned against each post.

Application Form: Application Form can be Downloaded from the Official Website of JKSPDC OR you can get the application forms from the Offices of JKSPDC at Jammu and Srinagar.on making a payment of Rs 200 in the form of Draft.
Application Fees: Applicants need to pay Rs 200 as application fees in the form of a Bank Draft favoring General Manager (Accounts), Corporate Office, payable at Jammu/Srinagar.
Receipt of Application forms: The duly filled in application form, along with all the required Documents must be submitted personally Or by post at the JKSPDC Offices in Jammu and Srinagar.
