Applications in the prescribed application form are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir, for the posts mentioned below.
Post: Orderly
Type: Class-IVth posts
No. of Vacancies: 19 Posts.
- For State Cadre: 08 Posts
- For Divisional Cadre Kashmir: 06 Posts
- For Divisional Cadre Jammu: 05 Posts
Pay-Scale: Appointees will get monthly salary under the Pay-Scale of Rs 4440- Rs 7440 (GP: Rs 1300)
What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for the post of Orderly in Information Department, must meet the below mentioned conditions.
1) Domicile: For State Cadre post, applicant must be a permanent resident of J&K. However for Divisional Cadre post, applicant must belong to the respective Division.
2) Age Limit: Applicant's age must be in between 18 years to 40 years.
3) Educational Qualification: The minimum qualification required is Matric, while the maximum qualification is 10+2. No weightage, will be given to higher Qualifications.
Selection Process: The selection process will be done on the basis of Academic Merit and Interview.The point structure is given as under
- Matric: 60 Points
- 10+2: 20 Points.

Applicant who meet the above mentioned eligibility conditions, must submit their applications in the prescribed format before 3rd August, 2015.
