National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, had announced its Recruitment Project-2015 and invited application for various posts. The applications are invited for Office Assistant and Accountant posts. These Posts are contractual and contract may or may not be extended.

NIT Srinagar Recruitment 2015 : Vacancy Details

Application on plain paper are invited for the below mentioned posts

1) Accountant: 1 Post
2) Office-Assistant : 01 Post

Salary: Appointees will be paid fixed monthly salary as given below

1) For Accountant: Salary is Rs 10.000
2) For Office-Assistant: Salary is Rs 6750

What is the Eligibility Criteria ? 

Applicants willing to apply for above mentioned posts, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions


1) Age-Limit: Applicants age must not be above 37 years (As on 01-01-2015). However for retired persons, max age is relaxed till 62 years.

2) Educational Qualifications: Prescribed and Essential Qualification for the above mentioned posts in given below.

1) For Accountant: Graduates having Degree in Commerce (B Com)
2) For Office Assistant: Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)



Selection Process: The Selection process for the Recruitment of Accountants and Office Assistant in NIT Srinagar, comprises of only Interview.

Applicants can send their applications on Plain Paper only. There is no application fee to apply for these posts in NIT Srinagar.

1) Applicants need to attach One Passport size Photograph
2) Applicants must submit the application with Complete Bio-Data
3) Applicant must also attach the Qualification Certificates 

Receipt of Applications: The applications complete in all respects must reach the Student's mess of the Institute before 30th April, 2015 by 4:00 Pm
