Today, in this post we are going to share the vacancies advertised by Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, Jammu. These Posts are advertised for District as well as Divisional Cadre.

A total of 50 Posts have been advertised, 13 Posts for Divisional Cadre and 37 Posts for District Cadre.The Notification regrading the Recruitment is advertised in the Daily Excelsior Dated 17th July, 2014.

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?


Interested applicants willing to apply for Class IVth Posts in J&K Accounts and Treasuries Department, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions

  • Applicants must be a native of J&K State 
  • Age Limit: Applicant must be in between 18 to 40 years of Age. Upper age relaxation of 3 years, in case of Candidates belonging to Reserved categories Like SC/ST/RBA/ALC
  • Qualification: The Minimum Qualification for these posts in Matric (10th Pass with Min. 45% Marks) and Maximum Qualification is 10+2 (12th Pass with Min 45% Marks)
Note: Candidates having Higher Qualification are ineligible to apply for Orderlies posts in  J&K Accounts and Treasuries Department Recruitment 2014

How to Apply ?


Important Points

1) Applicants willing to apply for Both the District and Divisional Cadre posts, must fill their application forms separately

2) The Application forms for District Cadre Posts, must be submitted to the respective District Treasury Officer, while for Divisional Cadre Posts, must be submitted in the Sadar Treasury Office Jammu with in 21 Days from publication of this Notice.

Application Form: Applicants need to submit the application form, in the prescribed format only.The application form can be obtained from the Local Stationary and Photostat shops.The application form, must be submitted along with the Following Documents/Certificates

1) Date of Birth Proof (Matriculation Certificate)
2) Permanent Resident Proof (State Subject)
3) Qualifying Examination Certificate
4) Category Certificate (If Any)
