In the month of Sept-2020, J&K Govt has released the Document for Phase-II Recruitments. As per this information widely publicised in Print Media, there are 553 Gazetted Posts that have been identified and shall be advertised by the JKPSC in the coming weeks. Applicant should note that out of 12399 Posts, Recruitment for 533 Gazetted Posts shall be done by JKPSC, while for other 11846 Posts, recruitment is to be done by JKSSB.

Which Departments will be hiring in 2021?

There are 38 Government Department is J&K,but not all of them have vacancies for Gazetted Posts. In the recently announced Accelerated Recruitment Phase -II , there are 533 Gazetted Posts in the various departments. Here is the list of some of the posts in these departments

2) Forest Department: 27 Posts

3) PWD (R&B): 26 Posts

4) Health and Medical Education: 25 Posts

5) Home Department: 06 Posts

1) Public Prosecutors (Law Department): 60 Posts

2) Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Department): 90 Posts

Other than these posts, these are some other posts that JKPSC has not advertised from the last few years, these are : 10+2 Lecturers Posts in School Education Department and Assistant Professors Posts in Higher Education Department. So, we are also expecting JKPSC to release the Notifications for these posts too in 2021.
