i) Eligibility: To apply for Jr. Assistant Jobs in JKGAD, you should full fill the below-mentioned eligibility conditions

a) Age Limit: Min: 18 years and Maximum: 40 years

b) Education Qualification: Applicants willing to apply should have completed Degree in any discipline along with Six months computer course. Moreover, the application should have a minimum speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

ii) Selection Process: The Selection Process for the recruitment of JR. Assistants comprising of Typing test(20 Points) and Written test (80 Points). Only those candidates who qualify, Type test will be eligible to appear in the Written test.

Final selection comprises of Merit obtained in the Tying test and Written test taken together.

(II) JKGAD Jr. Scale Stenographer Recruitment

Apart from Jr. Assistant, there is another post, which is also advertised by JKSSB for JKGAD is Jr. Scale Stenographer. Not many, but sufficient no. of posts are advertised by GAD. In 2019, JKSSB had advertised 23 Jr. Scale Stenographer posts and in the coming months we can expect a few more posts will be announced

i) Eligibility: To apply for Junior Scale Stenographer posts in JKGAD, you should full fill the below-mentioned eligibility conditions

a) Age Limit: Min: 18 years and Maximum: 40 years

b) Education Qualification: Applicant must have completed Degree in any discipline along with speed of not less than 65 WPM in shorthand and 35 WPM in computer typing.

(III) JKGAD Class IVth Posts

If you have passed the 12th Class and willing to apply for Govt. Jobs, then you can apply for JKGAD Class IVth posts. From 2019 onwards JKSSB is tasked to do the recruitment for class IVth posts. Eligibility: Applicant must have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University in India.

How to Apply for J&K Civil Secretariat Recruitment 2020?

Selection Process

The Selection Process for J&K Civil Secretariat Recruitment comprises of Written Test and Skill Test Only. As we have mentioned, in the last few years, Only Jr. Assistant, JR. Scale Stenographer and Class IVth posts have been announced by GAD.
