IIM Jammu Recruitment 2020 Announced !. Apply Online for various Non-Faculty Positions (Graduation/ Post-Graduation as Qualification)




Job Seekers of Jammu and Kashmir, Today, we have good news for you. Finally, after the restoration of the Internet in J&K, vacancies are being notified by various Government Departments and Institutes. In our previous post, we have shared the Details of 10+2 Lecturer posts in the Education Department and various Jobs in Press Information Bureau J&K.

But Still, there is No Recruitment announced by JKSSB and JKPSC.

Today, IIM Jammu has announced the Recruitment Notification for various Non-Faculty positions. Though the vacancies are not that huge, but still, there is adequate no. of vacancies for those having Specific Qualification and Experience.

A Total of 13 Job Positions are advertised in IIM Jammu Recruitment 2020. While some posts require Graduation / Post-Graduation, others require specific post wise Qualification. A total of 19 vacancies are announced.

IIM Jammu Recruitment 2020: Vacancy Details


IIM Jammu invites online application from the eligible candidates for the below mentioned various positions.

4) Assistant Accounts Officer:01 Post

7) Store and Purchase Officer: 01 Post
8) Accountant:02 Posts
9) Jr. Engineer(civil): 01 Post
10) Consultant (Accounts and Compliance) 01 Post



What is the Eligibility Criteria?


Applicants willing to apply for these Non-Faculty positions must meet the below mentioned specific post-wise Qualification and Experience criteria

1) Systems Manager

Pay Scale: Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700 Entry Pay: Rs. 67,700 (7th CPC)

Upper age limit: 50 years.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years

2) Administrative Officers 

Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500 Entry Pay: Rs. 56,100 (7th CPC)

Age Limit: 40 years

Qualification: PG is any subject with minimum 55% Marks OR PG in Public Relations, Mass Communications and Journalism OR MBA

Experience: Minimum 8 years


3) Office Assistant

  • Pay-Scale: Rs 35400
  • Upper Age Limit:40 years
  • Qualification: PG is any discipline with minimum 55% marks
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years


4) Consultant -Accounts & Compliance: Candidates must be graduate in any discipline with 50% marks and with minimum 15 years of experience in accounts/audit department of a Government Organizations/ Departments. Preference will be given to the candidates having post-graduation degree in any stream and having knowledge of MS Office

Upper Age-Limit:65 years

5) Jr. Engineer (Civil) : Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering with 5 years with relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in reputed organization/Govt. department/PSU will be preferred.

Age Limit: 40 years

6) Accountant: PG in commerce with minimum 55% marks

Age Limit: 35 years

Experience: Minimum of 5 years

7) Store and Purchase Officer: Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks . Degree or diploma in Logistics / Materials Management will have added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years

8) Web Designer: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA or PGDCA from Recognized University with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Experience: 7 years

Age Limit: 40 years

9) Assistant System Manager: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Experience: 7 years

Age Limit: 40 years


10) Assistant Accounts Officer: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant OR M. Com preferably with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management, MS Windows & MS Office is a must.

Experience: 7 years

Age Limit: 40 years
