Important Points Regarding JKSSB Teacher Recruitment 2017

1) Fast Track recruitment: After the good news comes the waiting part. We have the taste of good news but we want the government to add more happiness to this news by implementing its statement as soon as possible.

  • There is a huge number of unemployed youth in the state of J&K. Now the government should concentrate more on fast track recruitment so that at least few of them get employed.
  • By doing that it will be a huge relief for the job seekers as they had lost faith in govt. jobs previously. But this news was a silver lining. Let us hope for the best.

2. 3000 Jobs is it going to happen: The news released by the education department is sweet to hear but difficult to digest. 3000 is a huge number to employ. We are not doubting their plans but this is a very big decision and we hope that they pass this test with shining colours.

Though the youth is happy to hear this news but we need to be practical and be prepared for the worst too.

3. The 30% quota for Science and Maths stream: This is a big question that why has the education department divided the quota on the basis of the stream. Our question is that do the scientist and engineer run the nation. Don't the graduates of other stream deserve a fair chance? Only the government can answer this question.

If we are talking about teaching then there should be a fair chance for everyone irrespective of the stream. But we cannot doubt the decision of the government as they know the best (Let's hope so).

Our take on the much talked about news:

Will the government be able to regain our trust by this news?

This news is surely a silver lining for the job-seeking youth of J&K. Mostly this change will help to improvise the education system of J&K which was degrading day by day. There were some incidents in the past where the teachers were asked to solve some basic question and they failed to solve them.

We are in the support of government’s decision on this one. But the bigger question is that will the government be able to implement this new amendment and will it actually provide job or is it just another trick to attract attention towards themselves.

All in all, we can say that if the government does its job with honesty and sincerity then the number of unemployed youth will decrease automatically. The youth of J&K is very talented it is clearly proven in the UPSC result.

What the job seeking graduates need to do:

• All the aspirants should brush themselves for the examination and start preparing for the exam. Because we expect that the notification will be released sooner or later. So there is no use of waiting for it. You just need to work hard rest is up to luck.

We wish that this time the government stays by their word and doesn't disappoint us and the youth
