Much Awaited KAS 2018 Prelims Result is Out !.1750 Qualify for Mains Exam
Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) the exam conducting and Recruitment agency of J&K, has announced the Results KAS Prelims Exam 2018. The exam was successfully conducted on16th Sept, 2018 at several venues in J&K.
JKPSC has announced the KAS Prelims Result 2018 in a record time of 11 Days. Earlier it took JKPSC several weeks to announce the results
A total of 1750 Candiadtes have Qualified for the Mains Exam,

Result Update: JKPSC Had announced the KAS 2018 Prelims Result on 27th Sept, 2018 at 8 PM
- 1750 Candidates have been declared Qualified in the Prelims Exam, out of 12000 who have appeared for the Exam. For Mains Exams, PSC had shortlisted 25 times the no. of vacancies
- Online Registration for Main Exams starts from 06/10/2018 to 30/10/2018
- Mains Exams to be held in Jan/Feb, 2019.
- Applicants should note than Individual Scores, Cut Off Marks and Answer Keys will be announced only after the completion of Final Selection Process.

JKPSC Mains 2018 Online Registration
Those who have Qualified the JKPSC Prelims Exam 2018, should apply for the MAINS Exams too. It is pertinent to mention here that Registration for PRelims Exams was completely Provisional and only those candidates who are declared as successful by Commission will be eligible for admission to Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination 2018.All the Qualified candidates will have to apply again in the Detailed Application form for CCE-Mains 2018 which would be available on the Official Website of JKPSC from 6th Oct to 30th Oct, 2018 Onwards.
How to Check the Results ?
Once the results, will be announced, we will share the Direct Link of PDF that contains the list of Successful candidates.
Here are the simple steps to check the KAS Prelims Result 2018
1) Log on to the JKPSC Official Website at www.jkpsc.in
2) On the Homepage, you will see a "Results" page, Open it.
3) After that, you will see a Lot of Links. Among these links, choose the link, with the KAS Prelims Result
4) The Result will be in the form of a PDF File. Download the file and Find your Roll No.
5) To check your Roll No, use the Find functionality (control+F) of the pdf document.
Apart from the above mentioned steps for checking the Results online. It is worth mentioning here that Results will also be published offline in the Daily Newspaper of J&K.
What after the Results ?
If your Roll No. is in the List of Successful candidates, than start Preparing the KAS Main Exam.
However, if you didn't qualify the Prelims Exam, then don't lose heart and start preparing for the JKPSC KAS Exam 2019 with double effort to see your name in the Merit list.
