Under its New Policy to Advertise Government Jobs in J&K on a weekly basis, JKSSB had today issued another Notification and invited applications from permanent residents of J&K for 2038 posts.
These vacancies by JKSSB are for State, Divisional and District cadre posts and are advertised vide Advertisement Notice No 4 of 2013.

Most of the Jobs advertised by JKSSB under the Notice No 4 of 2013 are in the Departments of Rural Development and Health Department.
In this post, we are going to share the complete details of vacancies advertised by JKSSB via Advt No. 4.Applicant willing to apply for Government Jobs via JKSSB are advised to go through the details given in this post and must apply before 31st March, 2013.
The Sale of Application forms will start from 1st March 2013 and are available upto 15 March, 2013. While the last Date for Receipt of Applications of 31st March, 2013.
JKSSB Advt No 4 of 2013 : 2038 posts
A total of 2038 posts have been advertised by JKSSB. Here is the State-wise, Division Cadre wise details of vacancies
- State-wise vacancies: 108 posts
- Divisional Vacancies : (Kashmir: 39 posts, Jammu: 47 posts).
- District Vacancies: 1844 posts (In all the Districts of the J&K)
Pay-Scale: Candidates will be given Salary, according to new Pay-Scale, as given below
What is the Eligibility to apply for JKSSB Jobs 2013 ?
Applicants willing to apply for these Jobs in JKSSB are required to full fill the below mentioned Eligibility conditions
1) Applicants must be native of Jammu and Kashmir and must have a permanent Resident Certificate of J&K.
2) Age Limit: Min : 18 years and Max: 37 years (Note: Age Relaxations as per the Government Rules)
3) Educational Qualification: Applicants must full fill the prescribed Qualification criteria, as mentioned against each post in the Detailed Advt Notice.
How to Apply ?
Applicants who full fill the above mentioned eligibility criteria in terms of Age and Educational Qualifications are required to apply on the prescribed application OMR/ICR forms and submit the same latest by 31st March, 2013.
Application forms: The Sale of Application forms will start from 1st March, 2013. You can buy the forms from the Designated J&K Bank Branches against the payment of Rs 200/- in cash.
Receipt of OMR/ICR Forms: The duly filled in Application forms are to be submitted at the respective form collection centres. The last Date for receipt of application forms is 31st March, 2013.
Note: It is worth mentioning here that there is No need to attach the Photostat copies of the Documents/ Certificates along with the application form, but Instead you have to produce the Original Documents/Certificates to the Officer at the forms collection centre.
