These posts have been advertised under the Recruitment Notification No. 02-CAHOU of 2017 Dated 21st Jan, 2017. Moreover, these posts have been advertised under the New recruitment Policy, 2015, where in the appointees will be on Probation for a period for 5 years and will be paid Salary only as Basic Pay + Grade Pay only (No Allowances).

- Line of Actual Control: 02 posts (Including 01 backlog vacancy)
Pay-Scale: Rs 4400 - Rs 7440 (GP: Rs 1300). For First five years, salary is to be paid, as per the provisions of New recruitment policy, 2015
What is the Eligibility Criteria?
Those, who are willing to apply for these Attendant Jobs in Animal Husbandry Department, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions.
1) Domicile : Only Permanent residents of Udhampur District can apply for these Jobs.
Note: Those having SC Category, and belonging to any district of Jammu and Kashmir, they can apply for posts in the SC category.
2) Age Limit: The specified Age Limit is 18 to 40 years. However, following categories are given relaxation in upper age limit
- For Ex-Serviceman: 48 years
- For Physically Challenged: 43 years
- For Reserved Categories: 42 years
3) Educational Qualifications: Basic Qualification is Matriculation and Maximum Qualification is 12th Pass. If, you have qualification above than 12th Class, then these will be not be considered and have a role in the selection process.
Selection Process: The Selection Criteria for the Recruitment of Attendants in the Animal Husbandry Department, comprises of Shortlisting of Candidates for Interview on the basis of Academic merit in the ratio of 1:5.

1) Matric: 60 Points
2) 12th Class: 10 Points
3) Professional Experience: 10 Points
4) Viva-Voce: 20 Points
