On 6th August, 2016, ACD (Assistant Commissioner Development) Jammu applications are invites from the permanent residents of Jammu district for filling the posts of Accountant cum Data Entry Operators in 296 Panchayats, falling under the various blocks of Jammu district.
It is worth mentioning here that this is temporary arrangement for period of 1 year only and applicants will be paid a monthly fixed salary rather than getting Pay as per the Pay Scale. There is No mention that whether the appointee can continue even after 1 year of service. However, the arrangement can be terminated by either side, by giving 1 month advance notice Eg. If, you are satisfied with this Job, then, you can give 1 month notice and left the Job after completion of 1 month and vice-versa.

Salary : Appointees will be paid a fixed Lump sum amount, For Diploma holders the salary will be paid @ Rs 9375/ month, while the Degree holders will get Rs 10000/ Month

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Those, who are willing to apply for Accountant cum Data Entry Operator Jobs by ACD Jammu, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions
1) Domicile : As these are district level posts, therefore, applicants should be permanent residenst of Jammu district
2) Age Limit (As on 01-01-2016) : The minimum age should be 18 years, while the maximum age should not exceed 40 years.
3) Educational Qualification: Applicant must have passed 10+2 along with Computer Diploma OR Degree in computer applications from a recognized Institute.
Remember, above qualification, bears only the minimum qualification, and therefore does not entitle you to be called for Written test / Interview.
Selection Process: The department, will mentioning the selection process in due course of time. In case of Large No. of applicants, the selection committee, may shortlist the candidates on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam.

Applicants, who meet the above mentioned eligibility conditions, must submit their application forms before the closing date ie 24th August, 2016.

Following Documents need to be attached with the application form
1) State Subject (PRC)
2) Proof of Date of Birth (Matric Diploma)
3) Qualification Certificates
Application Fees: The fee is much nomial, as you have to pay only Rs 20. The application fees is to be deposited in Govt Treasury under Receipt Head: 0515-ORDP . You should enclose the receipt of application form with application form.
Receipt of Application Forms: The Duly filled in application form, along with requisite documents, and receipt of Application fee, should be submitted in the Office of Assistant Commissioner Development Jammu, before the closing date ie 24th Aug, 2016
