The Online Registration for JKSSB Recruitment 2020 will start from 10th July 2020 onwards and candidates can apply till 25th August 2020.

As per the Official JKSSB Notification, a Total of 8775 Class IVth Posts have been advertised in 19 Government Departments of Jammu and Kashmir. Applicants should note that these posts will be governed by the J&K Special Recruitment Rules 2020 for Class IVth posts issued by J&K General Administration Departments earlier this month.

Moreover, these posts are announced in three Cadres ie UT Cadre, Divisional Cadre and District Cadre. Applicants can apply for any or all of these cadres. Here is the Cadre wise break-up of various Class IVth vacancies

Pay-Scale: SL-1 (Rs 14800 - RS 47100) 

1) UT Cadre: 463 Posts

2) Divisional Cadre: 3116 Posts

• Jammu: 1545 Posts
• Kashmir: 1616 Posts  

3) District Cadre: 4951 Posts

Selection Process: The Selection Process for these Class IVth posts comprises of Written Test and Additional Points only. There is No Interview for these posts. 

Written Test: JKSSB will conduct the Written Test for these posts in Nov/Dec, 2020. However, the exact date is known once JKSSB released the Admit Cards. The Written test, comprises of 100 Questions carrying 100 Marks with overall duration of 2 hours.

JKSSB Advt 01 of 2020 : 8575 Class IVth Posts Announced

Bumper JKSSB Recruitment 2020 Announced. Apply Online for 8575 Class IVth Posts in 19 Govt. Departments of J&K

The much-awaited JKSSB Advertisement No. 01 of 2020 is announced and the Good news is that a Bumper Number of 8575 Posts have been announced. This is the First JKSSB Recruitment Notification of 2020. These posts have been announced vide JKSSB Advt No. 01 of 2020. The Online Registration for these posts will start from 10th July, 2020 onwards and you can apply Till 25th August 2020. This means that Registration Window shall remain open for 46 Days. 

Applicants should note that 8575 Posts will be filled in District Cadre, Divisional Cadre and UT Cadres. For these posts, Latest Reservation Rules shall be applicable. Moreover, these posts will have special Reservation for Divorced Women, Orphans etc. 

Applicants should keep note that this phase of JKSSB Advt 01 of 2020 will have only Class IVth Posts. In this post, we will discuss these 8575 Class IVth Posts. Applicants with Basic Qualification of 10th and 12th are eligible for these Class IVth posts. Candidates with higher Qualifications can apply for these posts, but there will be no weightage for Candidates have higher Qualification.

These Rules were implemented on 15th June,2015.

And Today we have the Biggest and Happiest news for you, as On 15th June 2020, Government of Jammu and Kashmir has taken a historical Decision to Scrap the SRO-202 and announced that All the Upcoming Fresh Recruitments will be done without the SRO-202. So, this means that UPcoming JKSSB Recruitment 2020, won't have any SRO-202 Rules.

The information regarding the Scrapping of SRO-202is is given by Dr Jitender Singh by Tweeting from his official Twitter handle. And the decision is taken by the State Administrative Council chaired by Lt. Governor Sh. G.C Murmu.
