Assistants, Accounts Assistants and several  other posts.. This is after Dec, 2017, that J&K Govt has approved that much posts in the School Education Departments.

Post Graduates, there is an awesome news for you. Director School Education Jammu (DSEJ), had announced a Bumper Recruitment for 835 10+2 Lecturer posts in all the subjects. These posts have been advertised on the basis of "Academic Arrangement" for Higher Secondary (10+2) Schools of Jammu Division. These posts have been advertised through Government Order No. 78 Edu of 2019 Dated 22-02-2019

As, these are Academic Arrangement posts, and as such the nature of these posts is Contractual and Not permanent. For Permanent 10+2 Lecture posts, JKPSC will soon announce the Notification. If, you are the one, who have not applied for 10+2 Lecturer posts by JKPSC announced few years back, then you should apply for these Contractual posts by Director School Education Jammu.

But these posts come with some Terms and Conditions as given below.

1) Appointees will be paid salary as monthly consolidated Honorarium, of Rs 10,500/- only for plain areas and Rs 14000/- for Hard zones per month for 2019

2) Initially, candidates will be engaged for a period of 90 days only and extension will be given depending upon the candidate's performance and behaviour. Moreover, the contract will end as soon as post is filled by PSC or by promotion

3) As, these are contractual posts, therefore, candidates, cannot claim for permanent absorption for selection of these posts

A Big news is coming on 1st March, 2019, as SAC which meant under the Chairmanship of Governor Shri Satya Pal Malik has given approval for creation of 2000 Accounts Assistant Posts in Panchayati Raj Department. These posts were First mentioned in the Budget Document of J&K in Dec, 2019. Now the Govt has given approval for creation of these posts.

1) Notification will soon be announced by JKSSB
2) Selection comprises of Written Test and Interview
3) Recruitment will be done under SRO-202 of 2015 (New Recruitment Rules)
4) Recruitment will be done on District cadre basis.
