Update: On 17th Dec,2020 JKSSB has released the Common Graduate Level Syllabus for various Posts. 



If you have been preparing for JKSSB Exams from the last few year, then you might be familiar with the JKSSB Syllabus for Graduate Level Posts. But if this is your first attempt  for JKSSB Graduate Level Exam, then this post needs your attention as here we will discuss the Latest and Revised Syllabus for JKSSB Graduate Level Exams. 


If you remember, JKSSB has previously conducted the Graduate Level Exams in 2015 and after a long period of time, JKSSB will again conduct these exams in 2021. Applicants should note that Inspector and Sub-Inspector Posts in Finance Department come under Graduate Level Posts. Previously Accounts Assistant also comes under Graduate Level Posts, but from 2020 onwards, JKSSB has released a separate Syllabus for Accounts Assistant Posts.


Since the announcement of JKSSB Advt 04 of 2020 for Inspector and Sub-Inspector Posts, aspirants have started searching for the Syllabus of these posts. Some candidates have started their preparations with the 2015 Syllabus, but here we would like to inform you that JKSSB has made some major changes in the Syllabus for Graduate Level Posts. Applicants should also note that this Syllabus shall remain the same for All the Posts advertised by JKSSB in future for which the Qualification is Simple Graduation. So, this Syllabus will serve for many other posts too. So, start your preparation right now.


JKSSB Syllabus for Graduate Level Posts 2021

The Latest JKSSB Syllabus comprises of Six Components of 20 Marks Each. This means, the Question Paper comprises of 120 Questions (120 Marks) with 2 Hours Duration. There shall be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

What changes are made in the Syllabus ?

Not much, but a few changes have been made in the Syllabus. 

1) One Topic is added to the General English Section.

2) Many Topics are added a few Deleted from the General Knowledge and Current Affairs section.

3) In J&K General Knowledge Section, Syllabus is reduced from 10 Topics to 8 Topics.

So, overall not more than 20% changes are made in the JKSSB Graduate Level Syllabus.
