Today, Process cum Product Development Center, A Govt. of India Society under the Ministry of MSME invites applications for appointment on Contractual positions for various posts for their Office in Srinagar.

This is is the First time, that PPDC, Ministry of MSMS has announced the Recruitment Notification for various posts in J&K and this is a unique opportunity to apply for jobs in Central Government of India. Though the Recruitment is for Contractual Posts, yet the Salary will be paid as per the Pay-Scales of 7th Pay Commission. Moreover, the period of Contract is for 5 years and the Appointees shall be eligible for benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Leave, LTC etc as applicable in the Center.  

As per the Official Notification, applications for these posts should be submitted within 20 days from the date of Advertisement ie 28th June 2020. The Registration mode for these posts shall be through online mode only.

 J&K PPDC MSME Recruitment 2020: Vacancy Details


MSME Technology Development Centre (PPDC), Agra is a National Centre, set up and established by Government of India under Ministry of MSME invites applications for its Extension Center at Srinagar for the below mentioned posts

1) Assistant Director (Training): 02 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Level 10 ( Rs 56100- Rs 1,77,500)
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Production/Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science Engineering/IT from a recognized university/Institution or equivalent
  • Experience: 3 years experience in providing /coordinating training activities in an organization of repute in the areas of technical training in machine shop/CNC/CAD/CAM/Computer courses
2) Field Officer (Training): 01 Post

  • Pay Scale: Level 06 ( Rs 35400- Rs 1,12,400)
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Applicant must have Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Production/Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science Engineering/IT
3) Senior Assistant (UDC): 01 Post
  • Pay Scale: Level 04 ( Rs 25500- Rs 81,100)
  • Maximum Age: 35 years
  • Educational Qualification: Applicant must have a Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science along with Course in Computer Applications. Applicant must minimum speed of 40 WPM in Computer Typing in English
  • Experience: Applicant must have minimum of 8 years Experience in dealing with General Administration and Accounts in a Govt./Semi-Govt/Pvt. Organization
4) Electrician: 01 Post
  • Pay Scale: Level 04 ( Rs 25500- Rs 81,100)
  • Maximum Age: 35 years
  • Educational Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade/Wireman’s Licence or matriculation with Electrical Works man permit for “Medium Pressure”
  • Experience: Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in operation and Maintenance of Air Conditioners, Diesel Gensets, Electrical Equipment, Line fault etc.
5) Jr. Assistant (LDC): 01 Post
  • Pay Scale: Level 02 ( Rs 19900- Rs 63,200)
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India along with Certificate Course in Computer Application. Applicant must have knowledge of Computer Typing.

6) Training Coordinator: 02 Posts
  • Pay Scale: Level 02 ( Rs 19900- Rs 63,200)
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Applicant must have a Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University in India. Along with this, the applicant should have good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Experience: Applicant should have a minimum of 1-year Experience in Coordinating Training, handling Online Services, Apps etc.
