On Sunday (30th Oct 2018), J&K Governor, appeared on a Times Now show with Navika Kumar, where he Exposed the J&K Bank Recruitment Scam.

Governor said 40 youth approached him saying they had cleared all examinations and figured in the selection list of Jammu and Kashmir but were replaced by relatives and workers of political parties. "I called the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Chairman. He told me that the number was not 40 but all 582 youths recruited by the Bank had been replaced with the political appointees, recommended by the leaders from every constituency. I asked the Bank Chairman to give the youth their due. I also called the Finance Secretary and finally a resolution was adopted and all 582 candidates have been given appointment letters,''

Here Governor Sahab Clearly says, that " J&K Bank appointed Relatives and Workers of Political Parties instead of Deserving Candidates.

Will J&K Bank Recruitment 2018 be Fair?

Despite Governor clearly exposed the J&K Bank, Chairman of J&K Bank is in Denial mode and said that "Selection List was not Altered" and bank follows Transparent Recruitment process with IBPS conducting the exam in 2015

Now the Bigger Question is Will J&K Bank Recruitment 2018 will be Transparent and fair.

The answer is No

Unless on until a thorough probe by CBI is not done in the previous J&K Bank Recruitments, there is No way for this Latest J&K Bank Recruitment to be fair. Because sooner or Later there will be Assembly Elections, with Governor Rule coming to end and New Govt will also appoint their Relatives and Workers in the J&K Bank Recruitment 2018.
