State Legal Services Authority Recruitment 2016 : Vacancy Details
State Legal Services Authority of Jammu and Kashmir, invites offline applications from the permanent residents of J&K for below mentioned Divisional Cadre posts
No. of Vacancies : 31 posts
(I) Vacancies for Jammu Division
1) Jr. Assistant : 13 Posts
2) Orderly : 05 Posts
(II) Vacancies for Kashmir Division
1) Jr. Assistant : 13 Posts

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for any of these posts, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions
1) Domicile : As these are Divisional cadre posts, so applicants can apply for the posts for their respective division only.
2) Age Limit: Applicants, must have attained the age of 18 years and the maximum age should not exceed 40 years. The cut off date for determining the age limit is 1st Jan, 2016.
However, there is relaxation in upper age limit by 2 years for Physically challenged candidates, 3 years for SC/ST/RBA/ALC /OSC and 8 years for Ex-Servicemen.
3) Educational Qualifications : Here is the prescribed Qualification for these posts
For Jr. Assistant : Applicant, should be a Graduate having a Typing speed of not less than 35 WPM. Moreover, the applicant must have Six Months basic Diploma in computer applications.
For Orderly : Applicant should either be 10th Or 12th Pass from a recognized Board or university of India.
How to Apply ?
Applicants willing to apply for these posts in State Legal Services Authority, should submit their applications in prescribed format before 10th Nov, 2016.
Application forms: Applications are to be submitted in the prescribed format only. Along with application form, you need to attach the Demand Draft and the following documents
1) Date of Birth Proof (Matric Diploma)
2) State Subject
3) Academic Qualification Certificate
4) Marks Certificate of Examination passed
5) Experience Certificate
6) Category Certificate (If any)
Application Fees: Applicants need to pay Rs 200 as application fee in the form of Bank Draft of J&K Bank favouring Member Secretary J&K state Legal Services Authority
Receipt of applications: The duly filled in application form, along with Demand Draft and above mentioned documents, should be deposited in the Office of the Chairman District Legal Services Authority in the respective districts of state before 10th Nov, 2016
