Pay-Scale: Appointees, will get salary as per the Pay-scale of Rs 4440 - Rs 7440 (GP: Rs 1300).

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?

To apply for the Class IVth posts in the Social Welfare Department, applicants must meet the below mentioned eligibility conditions.

Domicile: Applicant should be a permanent residents of Jammu Province.

Age-Limit: The minimum Qualification is 18 years and maximum Qualification for General and In service candidates is 40 years. However, age relaxation in upper age is as per the rules

Educational Qualification: The minimum Qualification specified is Matric, while the maximum is 12th. If you have higher Qualification you still can apply, but you won't get benefit of higher qualification.

Selection Process: The Selection Process for the Recruitment to Class IVth posts, comprises of Academic Merit and Interview. Here is the Point wise weightage.

Marks in 10th: 60 Points
Marks in 12th: 20 Points
Interview: 20 Points
