The Chief Justice's Secretariat, High Court of J&K, invites applications for below mentioned posts in the Subordinate Courts of J&K for the below mentioned posts

1) Process Server: 66 Posts

Kashmir Division: 36 Posts
Jammu Division: 30 Posts

Process Server Jobs: The Job of Process Server is Courts is to deliver Legal Documents to parties involved in Court Proceedings. This mostly includes Court Delivers.

2) Orderly: 16 Post

Kashmir Division: 09 Posts
Jammu Division: 07 Posts

3) Chowkidar: 09 Posts

Kashmir Division: 05 Posts
Jammu Division: 04 Posts

4) Sweeper: 08 Posts

Kashmir Division: 04 Posts
Jammu Division: 04 Posts

Pay-scales: Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned posts in the J&K High Courts, will get salary as per the below mentioned Pay-Scales

For Process Server: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200 (GP: Rs 1900)
For All Other Posts: Rs 4440 - Rs 7440 ( GP: Rs 1300)

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?

Applicants willing to apply for above mentioned posts much meet the below mentioned Eligibility conditions

1) Domicile: Applicant should be permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.

2) Age Limit: Applicants minimum age should be 18 years, while the maximum age is 40 years (For General Candidates). However, there is age relaxations as per the state Govt rules.

3) Educational Qualifications: Applicants willing to apply for Process Server Post, must be 12th Pass. For all other posts, Qualification is Matric (10th Only.)

How to Apply ?

Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned posts, must submit their applications in the prescribed format before 17th Sept, 2015.

Application Form: The Application forms should be submitted in proper format only. The Applications forms can be obtained form the local stationary / photostat shops. Here is the List of documents that you must attach with the application form

1) State Subject

2) Date of Birth Certificate

3) Qualification Certificates

4) Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer

5) Reservation Certificate (If Any)

Receipt of Application form: The Duly Filled in application form, along with above mentioned Certificates/Documents must be delivered personally against proper receipt in the Session and District Court of respective Districts
