What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Applicants willing to apply for the above mentioned Jobs, must meet the below mentioned Eligibility conditions
1) Applicants must be permanent residents of J&K State and must have a valid State-Subject
2) Age-Limit: Maximum Age limit is 42 (For Gen Category). Relaxation in Age-limit will be given as per the criteria below.
- For SC/ST/RBA/ALC Category Candidates: +3 Years
- For Ex-Serviceman: +8 years
- For Phy. Challanged: +2 years
3) Educational Qualification: Since it is a Recruitment for Class IV th post, and such the Maximum Qualification is Matric and 10+2. Candidates with higher Qualification, will not be given preference, and neither their higher academic Qualifications will be taken into consideration.
Selection Process: The Selection for the Recruitment of Class IVth posts comprises of Academic Performance (Marks obtained in 10th and 12th Class) and Intreview (Viva-Voce)
- Points for Matric Marks: 60
- Points for Higher Qulaification(12th): 20
- Points for Viva-Voce: 20

Application Form: Applicants must submit their applications in the prescribed application format. Here is the Format of the application form.
Receipt of application form: The Duly filled in application form along with 2 Passport Size Photos, Character Certificate (From Gazatted Officer), Date of Birth Proof, Mark-Sheets of 10th and 12th, State Subject and Category-Certificate (If any), must reach the Officer of Dy. Chief Medical Officer of concerned District before 30th April, 2015.
