What is the Eligibility Criteria ?

Applicants willing to apply for Class IVth Posts in J&K General Administration Department, must full fill the below mentioned Eligibility conditions

1) Applicant must be the Permanent resident of J&K State and Must have a valid PRC

2) Age Limit: Applicant must be above 18 years and below 40 years of Age. However, there will be age relaxations for SC/ST and Other reserved category candidates

3) Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have Minimum 10th Pass and Maximum 12th Pass as Educational Qualification.

Selection Process: The Selection process for the recruitment of Class IVth people in J&K GAD comprises of Point obtained by candidates in the Qualifying Examination and Interview
Here is the Criteria for Selection

1) 10th Class: 60 Points
2) 12th Class: 20 Points
3) Viva Voce: 20 Points
Total: 100 Points

1) Availability of Application forms: From 4th July to 25th July, 2014
2) Last Date for Receipt of Application forms: 31st July, 2014

Application Forms: The OMR Application forms, can only be obtained from the Designated J&K Bank Branches. You can have the List of Designated branches from the Detailed Notification cum Advt given at the end of this post.

The Cost of Application Form is Rs 40 (For General Candidates), Rs 20 (For Reserved Category Candidates). BPL Candidates are exempted from payment of Application fee.

Receipt of Application Forms: The Duly filled in application form, along with the acknowledgement Card must be submitted either personally Or by Post to the Deputy Director Employment and Counselling Centres of the respective district.
