Number of Vacancies: A Total of 21 vacancies have been adverstised for the following posts. However, the number of these vacancies are tetntative and may increase or decrease depending upon the Final Requirement.
Here is the List of vacancies advertised by Jammu University.
Age Limit : Applicants willing to apply for above mentioned vacancies in Jammu University must be over 18 years of Age and below 37 years of Age (As on 01-01-2013).However, Age Relaxation is there, as per J&K Govt Rules.
Education Qualification: Applicants willing to apply must posses the relevant post-wise Qualification Criteria. For Detailed Post-wise Education Qualification Criteria, read the Notification given at the end of this post.
Experience: Some posts, require the Experience in the relevant field, so full fill the Experience Criteria, wherever necessary.
How to Apply ?
Application form: The application for the above mentioned posts, will be made only on the Prescribed Application form.
The Application form, can be obtained either personally from the Jammu University Or through a Bank Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006, payable at Jammu.
Cost of Application form: Those obtaining application form personally from Jammu University will have to pay Rs 500 for Gazetted posts and Rs 700 for Non-Gazetted posts.However, those who cannot reach the Jammu University will have to Pay Rs 550 and Rs 750 in the form of a Demand Draft for Gazetted and Non-Gazetted posts respectively.
Receipt of Applications: The Duly filled in application form, along with Relevant Certificates, Eligibility Criteria proof, Experience Certificate, Self Addressed Envelop (With Postal Stamps worth Rs 50/-) must be sent to The Assistant Registrar, Adm.(C&R),Room No.112, Administrative Block, University Of Jammu only by Registered/Speed post.
